An MHK wants answers from the Chief Minister and the Treasury Minister over the Kirk Michael land swap deal.
Yesterday evidence was given to a Tynwald Select Committee by a former employee of Heritage Homes, Charles Lewin.who alleged the government was given misleading information before entering into the arrangement.
Mr Lewin is currently in jail for dishonesty offences.
However Michael MHK Alf Cannan firmly believes Mr Lewin's evidence was substantiated by documents possessed by the committee.
Mr Lewin also alleged that Chief Minister Allan Bell, who was the Treasury Minister at the time, was told about the access problems but colluded with the former Education Minister Eddie Teare to by-pass correct procedures so the deal could be struck.
Mr Cannan says he wants the Ministers to respond to these allegations:
