The committee looking into the Kirk Michael land swap has been told that a developer mislead the government over the deal.
Former Heritage Homes employee Charles Lewin, who's in jail for dishonesty crimes, gave evidence today.
Speaking under oath, Mr Lewin alleged the developer hadn't secured an alternative entrance to the land behind the school, which would mean the Department of Education entered into the deal with misleading information.
Michael MHK Alf Cannan believes Mr Lewin's evidence clearly demonstrated that this was the case.
