British adventurer Bear Grylls will be making a flying visit to the Island this weekend.
In his role as UK chief scout the TV presenter will be making a stop off at Peel on Saturday as part of a tour of the north west.
He'll arrive by helicopter and join in with the scouts' activity day which is taking place on both Fenella and Peel beaches.
It's part of Bear's mission to inspire more adults to volunteer for scouting so that more young people can join in.
In the Isle of Man membership is at its highest level this century with 830 people in 50 groups including beavers, cubs and scouts.
