A review will be carried out by the Economic Committee into government's support for the Sefton Group.
Since the bail out package was announced a number of MHKs have spoken out against it branding it unfair to local businesses and an example of "cronyism".
Chief Minister Allan Bell says he hopes the review will give definitive clear reasons for the £1.3 million loan and £3.2 million land purchase.
MHK Leonard Singer is chairman of the committee, he told us about how the process will move forward:
