A working group set up to review the Mental Health Service after a man committed suicide says it will ensure lessons are learnt.
The Department of Health is currently overlooking eight recommendations made by a coroner following the death of 35-year-old Christopher Burrows.
He hung himself two days after leaving a mental health facility in 2011 – it’s since been ruled that his life could have been saved.
