The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure has denied that it pulled a proposal which could have ended the long running bus dispute.
Earlier this week a fifth round of industrial action was declared by the drivers’ union Unite – saying it was due to an agreement being pulled which it believed staff would accept.
The department has disputed this saying despite talks with Industrial Relations no agreement or offer was made.
