A survey is being sent out to almost 8,000 residents to determine what people think of the GP service on the Island.
The Department of Health wants to find out what is working and what needs to be improved.
A GP access survey in 2009 showed 77 per cent of patients were satisfied with the services and health bosses would like to improve on this.
People who receive the document are asked to fill it in and return it by June 14th.
