DOI workers are heroes says Minister

The Infrastructure Minister has described his workforce as “heroes” after a tough few days for the Island.

Heavy snow which started on Friday cut off much of the west of the Island.

DOI workers have been working 12 hour days to try and clear walls of snow and ice up to 12 feet high.

David Cretney says the conditions they’ve been working in have been humbling and they deserve credit:
