A new film starring the Samantha Barks and Susan Boyle is set to give the Island’s economy a welcome boost.
Filming has already started on A Christmas Candle which is a festive story set in rural England in 1890 and will move to the Island at the end of the month.
Its arrival will mark the 102nd film to be made here since 1995.
