Government reserves, the old prison and Manx Electricity Authority debt will be raised in today’s Tynwald sitting.
It’s likely to be a busy sitting with 40 questions on the order paper – 17 for oral answer and 23 for written - and the Budget.
Treasury Minister Eddie Teare will be quizzed by Castletown MHK Richard Ronan on whether he has a contingency plan for when our reserves are exhausted.
East Douglas MHK Brenda Cannell wants to know by what means the MEA plans to pay the £185 million bond back and what the total amount of interest is to date.
And Infrastructure Minister David Cretney will be asked to provide information on the timescale, demolition and clearance of the old prison on Victoria Road and the Park Road School site.
The sitting will start at 10.30am.
