The newly appointed general secretary of the Prospect union will visit the Island on Tuesday to hear the views and concerns from the union’s public sector members.
Mike Clancy is due to meet members in the MEA and Government Officers’ Association branches of Prospect.
Clancy has been deputy general secretary since 2004, and has had overall responsibility for the Island since that time.
As it stands there are around 1,800 members of the union here.
