The director of education says he’d like to see a quick resolution to the tuition fees debate in order to provide students with certainty.
Proposals to introduce the fees next year were withdrawn by the department in Tynwald on Tuesday.
Updated plans were put forward by the Education Minister Tim Crookall but were pulled after Members said they’d not had enough time to consider them.
It means a decision is being pushed back till next month.
Despite the delay Martin Barrow says the department is still on track:
