HMV voucher holders could lose out says trading standards

People who paid in cash for HMV vouchers could be left severely out of pocket if the company collapses.

Administrator Deloitte is currently weighing up the company's profitability but it's future currently looks bleak.

The Douglas store confirmed yesterday it wasn't accepting gift vouchers until further notice, despite hundreds of Manx customers buying them over Christmas.

John Peet from Trading Standards says it isn't good news for consumers:
