Drive with care due to icy patches

Motorists are being urged to drive with care today.

Freezing temperatures overnight means there's ice on the roads this morning.

Police are currently dealing with a road traffic collision on the Braaid Road in St Marks. You're asked to avoid the area if possible.

We've also had reports that it's particularly bad around the Blackboards, Fairy Bridge and Santon areas.

The gritters have been out but you're asked to drive with caution.
