Bus drivers are out in force today manning picket lines around the Island.
They’re armed with placards and letters to hand out to the public at the bus stations in Douglas, Ramsey and Port Erin.
Today marks the first of three days of strike action after negotiations over drivers’ terms and conditions failed.
The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure says it's had reports of intimidation at the picket in Douglas which has had an impact on some scheduled services.
This protester, who's supporting drivers, told us he didn’t think people should be going to work or school today:
