Homestay scheme launched for 2013

If you'd like to open your doors to TT and MGP visitors next year, you can apply for the Homestay scheme now.

It's for people who may offer up beds every year, or those who'd like to start in 2013.

The Department of Economic Development sends the application forms to Island home owners who've taken part in the past, to use the opportunity again.

The Homestay scheme is offered at TT between May 25th and June 9th and the Manx Grand Prix from the 17th August to the 1st September.

800 households were involved last year and there's an ever-increasing demand as visitor number rise each year.
