Two people from the Island are set to receive half a million pounds each after striking it lucky in the EuroMillions draw.
Dave Skillen from Pulrose and a friend have had the win confirmed and understood to be travelling to the UK today to receive their winnings from operator Camelot.
The ticket was bought at Spar in Governor's Hill in Douglas and the pair are said to still be in shock after learning they'd won a million pounds.
It seems lottery luck is in the air here - this comes just two weeks after a pub quiz team from Willaston won £100,000 on a lottery scratch card.
