Efforts to improve the safety of children travelling in cars have been carried out on the Island.
A week long campaign has been spearheaded by the Isle of Man Road Safety Partnership.
Police officers visited 12 primary schools throughout the week advising motorists about child seats and restraints.
Officers found parents who give friends’ children lifts to and from school commonly use the wrong booster seat or nothing at all.
At the end of the week feedback from parents, teachers and children was positive and the constabulary says it hopes to repeat the process in the future.
