Chief Minister commits to more public meetings

The Chief Minister has committed to another batch of public meetings following a successful meeting in Port Erin last week.

Allan Bell introduced the format which features a question and answer session with the Council of Ministers, in an effort to improve communication with the public.

Around 150 people attended the Erin Arts Centre last week questioning the MHKs on a wide range of national issues.

The next event will be in Ramsey at the end of January.

We caught up with the Chief Minister to see why he thinks they’ve been worthwhile:
