Children on the Isle of Man have been inspired to take up sport thanks to Olympic gold medallist Peter Kennaugh.
That’s the view of coach Dot Tilbury who herself is heavily involved with cycling.
After victory in London as part of Team GB, Peter became the Island’s first Olympic champion in 100 years.
Since then he’s been in demand with a host of public appearances including opening a new school library and talking to children about his achievements.
