Bus drivers will once again vote on proposals to change their terms and conditions today.
It means an end could be found to the current pay dispute between the drivers, unions and the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure.
Last week the drivers rejected changes including the end of paid lunch breaks – but they will be balloted on proposals again following a branch meeting yesterday.
Government believes the move could save up to £300,000.
Minister Graham Cregeen says budgets are already very challenging and the department must make every economy it can within its own operations.
