A new piece of research is currently being carried out on the Island which will determine if children are still playing outside.
The Children’s Centre is compiling the views of adults and children to see how the Island fares for “playing out”.
It’s hot on the heels of a survey conducted by the National Trust which discovered that young people were spending more time indoors.
Hundreds of children and adults have already shared their views and The Children’s Centre says it will look at overcoming any obstacles stopping children getting back to nature.
