This year’s Food and Drink Festival will kick off in full force today – with a celebrity turn from chef Ainsley Harriott.
The former Ready Steady Cook host will be giving live cookery demonstrations in the food theatre, rustling up a number of Jamaican inspired Manx dishes.
He’ll also hold a book signing and meet local food and drink producers in the farmer’s market.
You can find out what he thought of the Food and Drink Festival on ENERGY FM on Monday.
Because of this summer’s bad weather the festival has been moved from the Nunnery to Knockaloe Farm in Patrick. It’s on until 5pm today with last admission at 4pm.
