The Castletown Commissioners have said they will accept whatever the courts decide in the ongoing battle with Tesco Express as they fight to secure an alcohol licence.
The supermarket giant found out last week that their application must now go to a hearing after opposition came in the form of the commissioners.
They have asked the question does Castletown need another off licence?
Commissioner Kevin Weir has said there is certainly no vendetta against Tesco.
The hearing will get underway on 15th October.
