Tesco representatives say they’ve made a number of changes to an application for an alcohol licence for a new Express store.
The retail giant is back in court today battling to obtain permission to sell alcohol from Callow’s Yard in Castletown.
It’s the second time this year that matter is being discussed in the Licensing Court.
Castletown Commissioners objected to the proposals in April and will once again be contesting the licence saying there are already too many outlets selling alcohol in the town.
