Plans to create a skate park and BMX track in the south of the Island look to be one step closer.
Earlier this week members of the Rushen Youth Action group met at Bradda Glen – a potential site for the development of the BMX facility.
The project is being led by the action group which consists of young people, local MHKs and commissioners.
Chairman of Port Erin Commissioners, Ged Power, says it’s likely funding for the scheme will have to come from the third sector although it’s something they may be able to help with.
