Peel man Arran Kaighin will appear back in court today charged with seven counts of making indecent photographs or pseudo-images of children.
The commissioner who also campaigned for the Peel seat in the House of Keys last September recently hit the headlines when he went missing, sparking an Island wide search.
He was found safe last week, only needing hospital treatment for a few minor injuries.
He's been remanded in custody since last Thursday's appearance in court, he'll be appearing today via a video link.
