Cyclist Peter Kennaugh has won a gold medal at the Olympic Games.
The 23 year old and his squad beat the Australians in the Team Pursuit, smashing the world record they set yesterday's qualifying in the process.
They set new record time of 3:51:659.
Peter becomes only the second ever Manxman to win gold at the games.
His brother Tim has traveled down with the rest of the family to watch the finals - he spoke to Energy FM News just after the race.[play media file below]
