Joe sets record for fastest time round Great Britain by kayak

A man from the Isle of Man has become the fastest person to circumnavigate around Great Britain in a kayak.
24 year old Joe Leach, who now lives in Cornwall, started the gruelling 2,500 mile challenge in May.
He paddled alone for 67 days in order to clinch the record –something he decided to undertake to test his stamina and boat skills as well as raising money for the charity Surfers Against Sewage.
On day 15 of his journey Joe paddled from Wales to the Isle of Man where he was met by his friends and family.
He told ENERGY FM this was one of the highlights of the experience:
