Life of Bride School to be celebrated

The life of Bride School and its contribution to the community will be celebrated at a church service attended by the Island’s Lieutenant Governor on Thursday.

The school will close at the end of the summer term and its three remaining pupils will be transferred to Andreas Primary School instead.

The invitation only service will be held at St Bridget’s Church and will be conducted by Bride vicar Reverend Brian Evans-Smith who will lead prayers and conduct a special blessing for the pupils and staff.
