Injured man cut from car

A man's in hospital with chest injuries after a crash in Braddan this morning.

It involved a Daihatsu four-wheel-drive and a Ford Focus.

The driver of the Daihatsu had to be cut free from the wreckage by firecrews, so he could be moved without his injuries being made worse.

It took crews around 25 minutes to remove the injured man.

The occupant of the other car isn't thought to have been seriously hurt.
