Three petitions for redress of grievance have been handed in at today's Tynwald ceremony.
The documents were received by Lieutenant Governor Adam Wood and will be checked over to see if they're in order before politicians can look at them and decide if they want to take them forward.
The right for people to make a formal complaint to Tynwald about any issue they may have has existed since the ancient parliament was in its early years.
Before the petitions were handed in, the Island's new laws were read out in both English and Manx.
There'll be a varied programme of events and entertainment in St Johns for the rest of the day, ending with a fire show from 10.30 tonight.
