The RBS Group say the problems being experienced by customers of Isle of Man Bank and NatWest have been, in the most part, fixed.
Customers account balances have now been cleared and properly updated – following days of problems.
Work is continuing to bring some specific offshore systems up to date and the group say every effort is being made to achieve this as quickly as possible.
Bill Shimmin, the Island Director for RBS International, said the disruption has been unacceptable and has reassured customers no one will be left permanently out of pocket.
