Isle of Man Bank has published a message to customers from the Chief Executive of the RBS Group – Stephen Hester.
Over the last few days customers have experienced disruption after problems with the banking systems meant customers account balances weren’t updated.
Banks in the Isle of Man have extended their opening hours and even opened on Sunday to try and help people access their money.
Mr Hester said customers had been left down and said the problem simply shouldn’t have happened.
He added that no customers will be permanently left out of pocket as a result.
