Ice cream van crashed into toilet block

Police are investigating after an ice cream van was stolen and crashed into a toilet block at the grandstand.

The damaged vehicle was found at 9.30pm on Monday, just 500 metres away from where it had originally been parked.

The van had already been targeted earlier that afternoon, when someone entered it and scattered the stock around inside.
