Unemployment rate stands at 2.1 per cent

Figures released today show there are 956 people unemployed on the Isle of Man.
This gives the Island an unemployment rate of 2.1 per cent.
During May 195 people signed on and 276 signed off.
Of the total number of unemployed 688 are male and 268 are female.
A total of 558 vacancies were notified to the Job Centre last month with 228 remaining vacant.
