The Head of Motorsport on the Isle of Man has said government has very high expectations of the TT.
Speaking after the two week festival Trevor Hussey said his team will look at what worked and what didn’t as they start to plan next year’s event.
Despite the weather somewhat hampering Race Week, this year’s event was a resounding success with record numbers of visitors.
Mr Hussey said there wasn’t a desire to move away from the traditional formula of the TT but that it did need to evolve:
