Bus services disrupted after gas leak

Bus services in Ramsey have been disrupted due to a gas leak in the town.

Emergency repair work at the junction of Brookfield Road with Parliament Square has disrupted traffic and in particular bus access in the immediate area.

Access is possible for cars and other vehicles but it’s impossible for buses to negotiate the area while the work is taking place.

It means Service C will not serve the route until the repair work is completed.

Manx Gas has apologised for any inconvenience caused but said safety is the number one priority.
