Nominations for Tourism Awards open

Visitors and residents have been asked to nominate tourism businesses, organisations or individuals who have gone the extra mile.

The Department of Economic Development has opened nominations for this year’s Tourism Awards.

The awards, which have been running since 2009, are designed to improve the department’s understanding of the visitor experience and visitor satisfaction.

Nominations can be made by filling out a card at numerous locations around the Island or online.

The winners will be announced in November.
