Flybe plane makes emergency landing
Mon, 21 May 2012
A plane carrying 52 people had to make an emergency landing at the Isle of Man Airport yesterday afternoon.
The Flybe service had taken off from Ronaldsway - a short time later, a light in the cockpit alerted crews to a possible problem with the undercarriage.
The flight turned back as a precaution and landed without incident at around 13.45.
Passengers disembarked safely and emergency crews on the runway were stood down.
