The public's opinion is being sought on plans to give the Island's police more powers.
The Department of Home Affairs is drawing up new legislation which will strengthen some police powers.
It says the move will help combat serious organised crime and improve the Island's international reputation.
Greater powers of seizure, taking of DNA samples and recording interviews are amongst the areas where change is being considered.
The full consultation documents are available on the Government's website.
Responses have to be submitted by July 24th.
