The DEFA Minister is saying sorry to farmers after confusion over application forms for the countryside Care Scheme.
The scheme is the government's main form of financial support for the farming industry.
Last week, a statement was issued saying grant payments for last year have all been made and the paperwork for this year has been made quicker and easier.
However, it turns out there are problems with the forms and farmers have been struggling to complete them.
Phil Gawne hopes the issues can be fixed soon.
