Suspect flees after being disturbed

Police are investigating after a man was disturbed in a property on Prospect Terrace.

Between 9.30 and 10.20 last night the man was challenged before running away.

He's said to be in his 30s and headed down Windsor Road towards Derby Road.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or saw someone acting suspiciously in the area at around that time.
