The Chairman of the TT Marshals Association is hoping things run smoothly at this year's races.
Terry Holmes says speaking with the marshals and the authorities has helped solve problems encountered for the volunteer marshals in the past.
Last year, the then Clerk of the Course Eddie Nelson had to issue a public apology after telling marshals to "stop whingeing" about the amount of time they had to spent on the Mountain Road.
In previous years there've been safety fears over the speed racers continue through the scenes of incidents where marshals may be assisting a rider on the course.
But Mr Holmes is confident these issues have been fixed [play clip]
The TTMA is currently recruiting for this year's event.
800 people have put their names forward so far, but around 1400 were used over the fortnight last year.
Anyone interested in marshalling at TT should ring 618191 or email info@iomttma.com.
