Regeneration works to begin in Douglas and Ramsey

Previous regeneration works at Nelson Street, Douglas

More regeneration works are due to get underway in Douglas and Ramsey in the coming weeks.

Nelson Street and Wellington Street will see improvement works in the capital, whilst in Ramsey the town centre is set for a make over

The works in Douglas will see new pavements laid, as well as improvements to the junctions, taking around 14 weeks to complete.

In Ramsey, the area around the courthouse is to receive a make over.

Pavements will be widened, stone materials used to replace hard surfaces, new lighting installed and signs put in place.

Both sets of regeneration works are due to get underway by the end of the month.
