The Isle of Man Coastguard is issuing a safety warning ahead of this weekend's walk out to the Tower of Refuge.
There's been an overwhelming response since it was announced that the walk was to take place.
Given the numbers expected and the weather forecast, the Coastguard is urging those taking part to wear warm clothes and appropriate footwear, as well as following instructions from the marshals.
Organisers say it's possible another walk out to the Tower may be organised in the future.
Those going to the tower this time won't be able to go inside as remedial work to structure is ongoing.
