Planning permission is being sought for regeneration works in Laxey.
The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure and the Laxey Regeneration Committee have teamed up to improve the area around the Laxey MER station and the rose gardens.
The tram station building won't be changed, but there'll be new pathways for pedestrian access and the layout of the tramlines will be altered, if the works are approved.
The Town and Village Regeneration Scheme would provide funding for materials for the footpaths.
The rose garden would be extended, levelled and repaved, with an information point and public art on display.
