Tourism bosses hope relaunched website is easier to use

It's hoped the relaunching of a tourism website will make it easier for those visiting the Island to find the information they need.

The Department of Economic Development has redeveloped its visitisleofman.com site, following its decision to focus more on digital marketing for the tourism sector.

The site currently attracts almost 100,000 unique visitors and 1.5million page views every month.

It provides details on places to visit and things to do including information on water sports, motorsport, glens and heritage sites.
