The Government is seeking feedback on the regulation of care services on the Island.
The Department of Social Care has recently held meetings with a number of organisations including adult care homes, day centres and child day centres as it prepares the Regulation of Care Bill.
The new legislation will replace the four acts that currently cover the regulation of the Island's care services.
These are said to be dated, and no longer reflect the way care services are provided on the Island.
Public drop-in sessions will be held in April and May.
More information on the bill is available on the Government's website.
The Department is accepting responses to the Bill until May 25th.
