The Isle of Man's Overseas Aid Committee is making donations of over £64,000.
£24,000 of this is going to help people harmed during the unrest in Syria.
Thousands have been killed there and tens of thousands more have had to leave their homes.
The money donated from the Island will help charities provide an ambulance service, first aid and basic provisions, like food and blankets.
£40,000 is going to help people living in a refugee camp in the newly independent country of South Sudan.
The population of the camp is roughly the same as the Isle of Man.
People living there have had to flee from violence on the northern border of their country and are in need of clean water and other necessities .
